Project for MANTERA, located in Sochi — a contemporary residential development in a resort environment, where space, light, and a relaxed lifestyle define the experience.
The scope included interior design and 3D visualizations for several apartments. Each space was developed as part of a unified concept — combining refined aesthetics, comfort, and a clean, modern visual language aligned with premium real estate standards.
The key objective was to create visuals that go beyond representation, capturing the feeling of living by the sea: openness, natural light, softness, and a sense of calm, private comfort.
Special attention was given to:
— natural, мягкому daylight lighting;
— spatial balance and clean composition;
— materials and textures that enhance perceived quality;
— creating a visual narrative that supports property sales.
The result is a set of atmospheric, high-end visuals suitable for both presentations and marketing campaigns.
