Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The website baxx.pro and its related channels — our Telegram channel, VKontakte community and the Telegram bot @baxx_pro_bot — are operated by private individual (“we”, “us”). We produce architectural and interior 3D visualization.
We process personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
2. What we collect
On the website. We use Yandex.Metrica, which collects anonymised visit data: pages viewed, time spent, device and browser type, referral source including campaign tags from our posts, and IP address. This does not identify you personally.
In the Telegram bot. If you start a conversation with our bot, we store your chat identifier, your Telegram name and username where available, your answers to three questions about your project — property type, scope and deadline — any contact details you provide, and a tag identifying which channel you came from.
In correspondence. If you write to us on VKontakte, Telegram or by email, we keep the conversation and whatever information you chose to share.
We do not request identity documents, health information or other special categories of personal data.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare a quote and a schedule.
- To understand which publications bring people to the site — this is the purpose of the campaign tags in our links and of the site analytics.
We do not use your data for automated decisions affecting your rights, and we do not send marketing messages to people who did not ask for them.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you start a conversation with the bot, send us a message, or continue using the website. You may withdraw it at any time (see section 7).
5. Who else sees the data
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data necessarily passes through the services we use:
- Wix — the platform hosting the website.
- Yandex.Metrica — website analytics.
- Telegram and VKontakte — the channels we talk through.
Each processes data under its own terms. Data collected through the bot is stored on our own hardware rather than in cloud services.
We may disclose data to public authorities where the law expressly requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while it is needed to work with you and deleted no later than three years after our last contact. Anonymised analytics are retained by Yandex.Metrica under its own terms.
7. Your rights
At any time you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and withdraw your consent. Write to info@baxx.pro and we will respond within 30 days. You can also stop the bot conversation at any moment by deleting the chat in Telegram and asking us to erase your stored answers.
8. Cookies
The website uses cookies — small files stored by your browser — to operate the site and to collect visit statistics. You can disable them in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then behave differently.
9. Our social media publishing
On Telegram, VKontakte, Pinterest and other platforms we publish only our own work — visualizations produced by us, crediting the project authors. Our publishing tools access only our own accounts and post our own content; we do not collect or process data about other users of those platforms, except for people who contact us directly.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
