New Architecture Project

Kicking off the spring with a stunning new project — a multi-purpose office building designed in a modern take on classical architecture. The client is Geo-Invest Architectural Bureau, and the location is right in the heart of the city at 61 Lesnaya St., building 4.

The concept focuses on seamless integration with the existing location — preserving the architectural character of the neighborhood while adding a contemporary and functional feel.

We paid special attention to day and evening renders — highlighting the light, materials, and mood to create a living, vibrant atmosphere perfect for work, meetings, and creativity.

The result is a cohesive, elegant project that fits beautifully into its urban context — minimalistic yet rich in detail.
